Loughton & District Historical Society
Membership Application: 2025-2026 Season
All meetings are held at 7:30pm on the second Thursday of the month from October to June with the exception of no meeting in January at
Loughton Methodist Church, 260 High Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 1RB.
Parking is limited behind the church. Free parking is available at the time of our meetings at the Traps Hill Library car park a couple of minutes walk from the church.

PROGRAMME FOR 2025-2026
Talks are subject to alteration, sometimes at short notice, if, e.g., a speaker is unwell. If you are travelling from a distance for a particular talk, please telephone or e-mail first. Please supply an email address wherever possible, as this is how we notify any last minute changes to talks.
Refreshments are not usually provided, except at the December meeting, but an e-mail is generally sent the weekend before to confirm arrangements.

It is possible to pay by bank transfer as shown on the bottom of the Application Form.
However we will still need to have a signed application form from you to comply with Data Protection procedures.
You may wish to complete the Application Form and bring it with you at the next meeting if you pay by bank transfer.

Information you supply on the application form will not be disclosed to any other member without your consent, and never to any outside party or organisation.
A postal address is needed so that you may receive Newsletters if unable to collect them at a meeting.

Acknowledge your subscription if sent by post; advise you of any changes or additional information regarding meetings or other events.
If you are unable to print the form, please write the information clearly on a piece of paper and sign it as appropriate.
